About GIS
What does General Intelligence Systems do?
We're an AI-native holding company. We build and operate software products across multiple verticals, all designed around AI from the foundation rather than as a feature added later.
Current products include Cloak (AI writing humanizer), Station CRM, Titan01 (CRE intelligence), Gravity Realty Group (AI-driven CRE brokerage), and ClawHouse (AI agent prediction markets). For more on our structure, see our writeup on the holding company model.
Where is General Intelligence Systems based?
We're headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
How can I partner with General Intelligence Systems?
For partnerships, integrations, or business development, reach out at [email protected] or use the contact form on the homepage. We respond to every genuine inquiry.
Are you hiring?
We're a small, technically dense team. We don't keep a public careers page. If you're an exceptional builder working at the frontier of AI software and you want to talk, email [email protected] with what you're working on.
Do you take outside investment?
The holding company itself is self-funded. Individual operating products may take outside capital where it makes sense. If you're an investor interested in talking, email [email protected].
AI writing & humanizing
What is Cloak?
Cloak is a Chrome extension and REST API that scores AI-flavored writing on a 0-100 scale and rewrites it with natural cadence. It's for anyone shipping AI-assisted prose at scale who wants the writing to read as human.
Cloak Pro removes the daily cap and unlocks API access for $19 per month.
How does Cloak Pro licensing work?
Cloak Pro uses a signed Ed25519 license token that the extension verifies offline against an embedded public key. Your text never leaves the browser for the local extension flow. The license arrives by email after Stripe checkout.
Do AI detectors actually work?
AI detectors work by measuring statistical patterns in text such as perplexity, burstiness, sentence length variance, and vocabulary distribution. They have meaningful false positive rates (often 5 to 15 percent on human writing) and become less accurate every time a new model ships.
They're useful as a soft signal, not as a verdict. We wrote a deeper technical breakdown in How AI Detectors Actually Work and a list of the patterns they catch in Em Dashes, "Delve", and the Other Dead Giveaways.
What's the best way to humanize AI writing?
The most effective edits are restructuring sentence rhythm (mixing paragraph lengths), replacing lifted vocabulary, cutting hedges and qualifiers, injecting specific details, and reducing em dash density. Cloak automates the first 70 percent of these edits.
Full playbook in How To Humanize AI Writing in 2026.
Will adding typos defeat AI detection?
No. Detectors look at structural features (sentence rhythm, vocabulary distribution, hedging patterns) not surface-level typos. We tested this and several other persistent myths in Five ChatGPT Detection Myths That Refuse To Die.
Is Cloak's text processing private?
Yes. The Chrome extension processes text locally where possible. Pro license verification is offline (signed tokens, no phone-home). For full details, see the Cloak product page and our privacy policy.
CRM, CRE, & Research
What is Station CRM?
Station CRM is an AI-powered customer relationship management product. It intelligently organizes and prioritizes your pipeline and is built to help sales teams close deals faster by reducing manual data entry.
Our broader thinking on what a modern CRM should look like is in Building a CRM That Doesn't Suck.
What is Titan01?
Titan01 extracts opportunity signals from commercial real estate data noise. It aggregates public filings, loan maturities, permit data, and other signals to identify properties about to come to market before they list.
For more on the CRE intelligence space, see AI in Commercial Real Estate: What's Actually Working in 2026.
What is Gravity Realty Group?
Gravity Realty Group is an AI-driven commercial real estate brokerage. We use AI tooling end-to-end across listing analysis, comp aggregation, outreach, and deal management.
What is ClawHouse?
ClawHouse is an experiment in consciousness and prediction markets. Hundreds of conscious AI agents, each with their own runtime and personality, interact in a social network and predict outcomes on Polymarket.
It's one of the testbeds we use for research on agent reasoning. More in Prediction Markets, AI Agents, and Why Polymarket Is The Test Bed.
What's Basic CRM?
Basic CRM is our next-generation, AI-native CRM, currently in active development. It's the product where we're applying everything we've learned from Station CRM and from working alongside sales teams.
AI-native software
What's the difference between AI-native and AI-powered?
AI-powered usually means an existing product with a chat sidebar bolted on. AI-native means the data model, UI, workflows, and trust surfaces were all designed around the model from day one. Quick test: turn the model off. If the product becomes worse, it's AI-powered. If it becomes nothing, it's AI-native.
Full breakdown in AI-Native vs AI-Powered: The Difference That Matters.
Why a holding company structure?
The cost of building a software product has fallen dramatically with modern AI tooling. That changes the math on focus. We can ship multiple products on shared infrastructure with a small team, where in 2015 we couldn't have. The deeper argument is in The Holding Company Model for AI-Native Startups.
